Handbook Art:
Avalon is accepting submissions for original, finished (not pencil, detailed backgrounds) art for the Race Handbooks. Send Submissions with your full OOC name to artsubmission@avalonlarp.com ~ Updated- March 7, 2011

Race Handbook* = $10.00
BSA/Avalon Registration Fee = $25.00

or contact your Game Staff about which books will be available at your next
event.
City State Weekend Event
Event Fee* = $50.00
BSA/Avalon Registration Fee** = $25.00
*This includes food and beverages for the entire event. Which includes Friday Night Snack, Saturday Brunch & Dinner, & Sunday Breakfast.
**This fee is due every February. New Player' Registration Fee is waived.
Fees may be PayPal, cash, money order, or cashiers check made out to "Vyrose LLC."

Special Package** = $75.00
*This Fee includes
your Event Fee and Registration. Savings of $25.
**This Package includes your Event Fee, Registration, Game Book and Race
Handbook. Savings of $23.
City State Discounts
$5-$20 OFF YOUR EVENT FEE ~ Contact your chapter's Game Staff and ask if there is anything you can bring or make for the upcoming event to see if you can get any discount off of your event fee!
NPC for a FREE EVENT ~ Come to your chapter as an NPC and your Event Fee is waived. All NPCs must be pre-approved by the Game Master of that Chapter. Only those who have played 3 or more events will be allowed to NPC.
